“creative technologist”
I’ve always thrived at the intersection of creativity, technology, and human experience. In 6th grade, during recess, I’d stay in the computer lab to make flip-book comics in Microsoft Powerpoint, in university I was designing and developing video games alongside pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, and now I produce Voxel: Conversations on the Art, Culture, and Future of Games.
I love games, music, and art, but I’m most passionate about people. My best work has been when I’m working on a team of engaged and talented humans - whether that’s implementing a new software system with Peloton Consulting Group, interviewing a lead researcher of social robotics, or designing and creating Voxel Magazine. When we come together and collaborate, we’re able to create something bigger than ourselves.
And that - more than anything - is what drives me.
